Magnet Journey Walls
The Magnet Journey Wall can serve as the focal point for sharing information related to your Magnet Journey.
A “life-size” Magnet Journey Wall serves as a constant reminder of how much the nursing team has achieved, and shows celebration milestones over the coming months. It can also provide a visual billboard to share with ANCC appraisers providing them a snap shot view of your entire Magnet Journey in action.
Magnet Challenge Campaign
We can develop along with your nursing Magnet team a themed Magnet Ambassador / Champion Challenge engagement campaign.
The objective of the Magnet Ambassador / Champion Challenge is to complete each of the Challenges to collect the points associated with each Challenge, within a set period of time.
Challenges are Magnet specific activities that are a part of the role of the Magnet Champion or Ambassador.
