Through written letters, surveys or Press Ganey reports, patients share comments on the great care they receive at your hospital. And there are nurses giving back to the community every day – teaching and volunteering on their days off to make a difference in their communities. You know Magnet® moments and stories of excellence like these exist throughout your health care organization, but collecting and documenting them can take lots of time. We offer an easy to use tracking tool that makes the process interactive, fun, easy and memorable for everyone involved.
Your Magnet® team can systematically collect and assess stories in our proprietary online content management system. Data is collected in a way that aligns with the five Model Components and can be sorted and filtered for use in Magnet® documentation. The entire team can add, review and edit the data in a collective manner that allows everyone to view and share information.
