Defining a Magnet® Journey
No two hospitals will take the same journey to achieving Magnet Recognition®. The journey is defined by your unique culture, Magnet® readiness and vision for excellence. We have a proven, well-defined communication and engagement process to help you develop your Magnet® journey – one that minimizes administrative time for nurses, generates focus and creates momentum, and most importantly, engages staff nursing as they prepare for a Magnet® Appraiser site visit in a fun and rewarding process.
We offer visual walls and displays to share your Magnet journey or nursing education information.

Magnet Champion Challenge Campaign
We can develop along with your nursing Magnet team a themed Magnet Ambassador / Champion Challenge engagement campaign.
How the campaign works:
Nurses will participate in a series of Challenges to obtain points for recognition and prizes. Each month nurses will be provided with a Challenge Card, notifying them of what Magnet related task or activity the Challenge is to complete.
The objective of the Magnet Ambassador / Champion Challenge is to complete each of the Challenges to collect the points associated with each Challenge, within a set period of time.
Challenges are Magnet specific types of activities that are a part of the role of the Magnet Champion or Ambassador.
